Spacious Guest House in Falmouth Village

We had a wonderful, week-long stay at the Spacious Guest House! The perfect size for one or two people (although I noticed a twin-sized mattress in the closet for a child!). The kind-sized bed was very comfy, as was the couch in front of the TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a sitting area outside and a nice grill we were able to use. And we really appreciated the wagon that was there that we used to bring our stuff out to the car when we were packing up! We had a question about the TV that we emailed Caroline and Victoria about. They were readily available and quick to answer, which we appreciated. The property is very close to Falmouth shopping and restaurants! We spent a lot of time there. We have already booked another stay for the fall. Can't wait!

The Guest House was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great; we could walk to town, and enjoy our dinners out. It was also dog friendly, a big plus for us. Hosts we're very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

The owner was very accommodating and letting us use beach chairs. The location is centrally located, but nothing special. This guest house was absolutely fine, providing a kitchen and living room/bedroom.

Great stay and great location! The wood table outside is nice for having small groups over for dinner outside.
